FRANK PEREZ'S TRIBUTE TO THE 3 STOOGES...

3 STOOGES' GALLERY TWO ...

(Look for the hidden "STOOGE SOUNDCLIPS" throughout this site!)

In these photos the boys are clowning around with Moe's daughter Joan. She later went on to author some very good books on the Three Stooges. Among the books by Joan Howard Maurer on the Stooges are: 'The Three Stooges Scrapbook', 'The Three Stooges Book of Scripts' and 'Curly'. This phot was taken in 1934 when she was 7 years old. Her books are an essential part of any 3 Stooges library and they are very entertaining with great stories and pictures.

In 1939 the 3 Stooges performed at the Palladium in London, England. An amusing headline in the paper read: "Stooges arrive in London -- Queen leaves for America." They then went on to Dublin, Ireland where this photo (left) of a suave and debonair Moe and Curly was taken.
The photo on the right, with Curly, Moe, Larry, and Shemp, was taken in 1947 when Curly made a brief gag appearance after his stroke in Hold That Lion (1947).

Here are a couple of interesting photos of Curly. On the right we see Curly "Babe" Howard at about age 15, with his schools basketball team. Curly was quite a ladies man. Indeed, he was married 4 times.
The photo on the left shows a Curly few of us have seen. Perhaps now we see why he was such a ladies man. In this portrait we see Curly was a good looking fella!

All fans of the Three Stooges know that
when you see this image
on the TV screen
your in for laughs galore.
This is the opening title of a
3 Stooges comedy film with Curly.
